Well maintained and incredibly well constructed. This truck was designed for BBQ, but is extremely flexible. I have served everything from Stir fry, burgers, tacos, and quesadillas. The truck has a heating cabinet, 3 full hotel pan steam table, 60in of flat grill space, a 2 burner stove top, and 2 50lb fryers.
