Ford F350 Super Duty truck available for rent to pull the rig if needed. Located in Phoenix, AZ, and we are currently only considering rental requests for events in the Phoenix, AZ area. The trailer (mobile kitchen) is currently operated by Chef Bob Anthony/RibIT who offers full service catering. The food truck menu focuses on Baby Back Ribs sold by the piece in a number of unique styles including Tempura Battered, BBQ, Thai BBQ and several others. We also offer Fish n Chips, Sausage Links, Vegan options and a number of sides, cold drinks and for dessert: Bread Pudding with an optional Bourbon Sauce.
