This trailer has great structural integrity. The trailer has all stainless steel hardware and appliances, Diamond plated floors, PVC lined walls and floors. It is very spacious to where 4 people could perform in the kitchen very comfortably. The kitchen is 8.6 ft (W) x 20 ft (L) x 7.6 ft (H) Tandem axle enclosed. What makes this trailer stand out from the other trailers is that I custom built this one with more space in the middle and I feel the set up allows for a cooler operation. The trailer is partially wrapped with my business name which can be removed.
