This gourmet flatbread truck is complete with all of the state required equipment. Also on board this beauty is a 48” infrared broiler, a 48” two door sandwich station, an under the counter refrigerator as well as a 60” cold deep well unit capable of holding about 20 1/6 pans. This truck also allows for a little flexibility of the central cooking piece. The 48” infrared broiler can be removed to allow for a 48” flat top grill or a 24” grill and a 24” char grill. The versatility of this truck makes for a great little truck that can go anywhere. This truck can come with or without staff.
