Hi, my name is Erik, and I own The Staycation Station. We are an acai bowl and smoothie blending mobile food business based out of Salt Lake City, UT. We operate seasonally from May-October, and are looking for a very specific person living in a warmer climate interested in renting our trailer during our off season. The trailer passed Utah’s health department inspection with ease, and I’m sure it would pass other states as well.

The trailer is 8’x14’. It is equipped with:

- three compartment
- hand washing sink

- fresh and grey water tank
- commercial freezer
- refrigerated prep table
- AC unit with heat option

The trailer does not have any cooking equipment, but it does have outlets for plugging small cooking equipment in. Ideally, this would be a perfect food truck for entrepreneurs interested in starting a business that would serve: juices, smoothies, acai bowls, or any similar non-cooked foods.
